Lilydale Computer Repairs Coronavirus (COVID-19) policy update:
During this very difficult time Lilydale Computer Repairs has had to make some policy changes to still be able to accept computer repairs and especially support customers working from home.
All computers will need to be booked in for drop off at our front door, at which point all computers, parts and cables will be cleaned and sanitized before we do our quotes and repairs. Once your computer is ready for collection it will again be sanitized and will be ready for collection from our front door again. During this time we are not accepting any cash transactions and are asking all customers to make arrangements to pay via card either over the phone or via our MYOB invoicing system prior to collection. Our standard 1.9% card transaction fee will apply to all transactions
To ensure the safety of your hardware and computers, items will be placed and ready for collection only a few minutes before you arrive. Our premises is under 24 hr CCTV surveillance, and our systems alert us both visually and audibly as soon as someone enters the premises.
We are also offering customer phone, and remote support via our remote tools, this works by installing a small piece of software on your computer which will enable us access to your computer during your time of need. (Note: Access can only be granted with your approval.)
Our standard hourly rate will still apply but will be charged in 15 min increments. Again all payments will be accepted over the phone for this service. This service can be used for networking issues, email issues, printing issues, application issues and many more.
